ICT 156-KIT4 Ure-Seal H2O Next Generation 3:1 Gloss Sealer. ICT Ure-Seal H2O Next Gen/56 is a 2-part environmentally friendly water reducible crystal-clear urethane. It is a high-performance clear coating that can be used inside or out to protect and enhance properly prepared concrete and concrete hardscapes surfaces for years of service. Ure-Seal H2O Next Gen/56 cleans up with sodium bicarbonate and water.
